Terms & Conditions
We provide marine mechanical services for outboards, inboards, two-strokes, four-strokes, and diesel engines. Labor is $140/hr, payment due at completion. For work totaling over $1,000, a 50% deposit is required once the $1,000 threshold is reached. Parts purchased through us are recommended so we can stand behind our work. We do not offer warranties and are not responsible for weather damage, theft, or manufacturer defects. Full terms below.

Welcome to Chief’s Marine LLC. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Chief’s Marine LLC provides marine mechanical services throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast, including:
- Troubleshooting and repairs for marine engines
- Regular maintenance on outboards, inboards, two-strokes, four-strokes, and diesel engines
2. Rates & Payment
- Labor is billed at $140 per hour.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
- For jobs exceeding $1,000, a 50% payment is required upon reaching the $1,000 mark
3. Parts
- Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase parts directly through Chief’s Marine LLC to ensure quality and compatibility.
- When parts are purchased through our business, we can guarantee the quality of the parts and workmanship.
- We cannot guarantee work performed with customer-supplied parts.
4. No Warranty
All services are performed without a warranty unless otherwise stated in writing. No guarantees are made beyond the completion of the agreed-upon work.
5. Liability
Chief’s Marine LLC is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by weather, accidents, or natural events
- Theft or loss of property while in our care
- Manufacturer defects in parts or equipment
Our business is fully insured for the services we provide.
6. Cancellations
No advance cancellation notice is required. However, we appreciate as much notice as possible to better serve our customers.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
